Shop prices are starting prices. Your final scope, price and timeline are confirmed before work begins. A reservation payment is required to secure a project slot.

These terms apply to orders placed through the OfficialA4 Shop unless a written project agreement says otherwise.
Project commencement
Work begins after the agreed deposit and all required content, access details and instructions have been received.
Revisions
Each service includes the revision allowance shown on its detail page. New directions or requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Delivery timelines
Timelines begin when the project requirements are complete. Delayed feedback, missing content or new requests may move the delivery date.
Cancellations and refunds
Reservation payments are non-refundable after work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund may exclude payment-processing or administrative costs.
Digital products
Downloaded or delivered digital products are generally non-refundable. A replacement or correction may be provided when the delivered file is defective or materially different from its description.
Cryptocurrency payments
Crypto transfers are irreversible. Customers must confirm the wallet address, asset and network before sending. Payments sent to the wrong address or network cannot be recovered by OfficialA4.
Final files and ownership
Final approved files or website access are released after the outstanding balance is paid. Third-party licences, hosting and subscription costs remain subject to their providers’ terms.
